UPS
Ground - All domestic orders processed
by GCMG are shipped by UPS Ground to
the location noted on our order
form, unless you specify Next Day
or 2nd day air.
UPS 2nd Day Air - You can receive your order fast by using this affordable air
shipment method.
UPS Next Day Air / Airborne / Fedex - Need it the next day, this is the way.
The service you should choose when urgency is priority one.
Drop Ship - Some of our products are shipped directly from other manufacturers.
GCMG does not control the shipping times on these items, although each manufacturer
is committed to shipping their product within five days of the order date.
Shipping difficulties - Occasionally merchandise problems occur en route to its
final destination. Receiving a shipment properly should be a priority! Following
these few simple steps when the shipment arrives can save you a dose of heartache:
- Did
you receive the number of cartons
you are signing for?
- Are
the cartons damaged?
- If
there is damage to the outside
of the carton, sign the receipt
with the words: "Exception -
Damage"
- Do
not open the carton
- Call
the local office of the delivering
carrier. They will arrange for
an inspection or advise you on
what should be done. (Do not
return carrier-damaged merchandise
to GCMG! Doing so will void any
claim against the carrier.)
Damaged
in Shipping - If there is damage to
merchandise inside a carton, but no
outward damage to shipping carton,
call the carrier immediately! They
will arrange an inspection at your
premises. It is important to keep any
packing material or boxes.
Defective Product - Defective merchandise should be handled under the manufacturer's
warranty. Please consult our warranty statement.
All costs incurred by Genesis for the purpose of delivering the products to
the purchaser are pre-paid: this may include, but is not limited to: crating
costs, ground transportation, cartage, air freight, duty, taxes, insurance.
Shipping is generally by UPS, common carrier or air freight, trackable and
fully insured. |

Never
Received - Make sure that you received
an order confirmation and that your
payment transaction was complete.
Incomplete order - Check the invoice. Sometimes multiple items on your order
may arrive in a separate shipment; your invoice will indicate this. If this is
not the case, thoroughly inspect the packing material. If an item is missing
and the invoice indicates it was shipped, contact the carrier. If the carrier
does not have the missing item, contact Genesis
Customer Service.
Incorrect merchandise - If you receive incorrect merchandise or a shipment you
did not order, DO NOT destroy the packaging. Contact the GCMG Customer Service
at info@genesisny.net. |

Return Policy for our Merchandise
Catalog is as follows:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product other than
from our Golf Cart, Utility Cart & Tram Vehicles
Division, you may return it, unused, within 7 days from date of receipt. (Returned
products are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.)

Pre-owned vehicles are final sale & have a 3 day warranty for repairs
on defective items, or as specified in our invoice.
New vehicles are final sale and follow the manufacturers warranty.
(All vehicles are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee in the event Genesis/Manufacturer
authorizes return.)
For a return to be processed, Clients must request an Return Authorization number
in writing within the alloted time to Fax 479-361-1216 or e-mail.
Returns can only be accepted with a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10
days, and the item will not be accepted if returned after that time frame. Please
include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not
write directly on the shipping box).
No Cash Refunds / Credit only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are returning a defective or damaged product, consult shipping in our "shipping" section.
To receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, please notify GCMG by e-mail at info@genesisny.net,
or by telephone 212-758-2222
Please provide the following information - your name, date, e-mail address (or
phone and fax number), mailing address, order number, product description, quantity
of product, and number of boxes to be returned, and reason for return. Our customer
service will issue a return authorization number to attach to box(es) being returned.
Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently
appearing on an order.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that
can be tracked, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep your
receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please
allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit
card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, an in-house credit
will be issued. |

Warranty

warrants the item/s against manufacturer's
defects as stated above on our return
clause or as indicated on our invoice.
If within the time alloted you notice
a defect, please notify GCMG by e-mail
at info@genesisny.net,
or bor by telephone
212-758-2222 for a corrective action
and a Return Authorization Number.
Please
check your product's owner's manual
for additional warranty by the
manufacturer to file a claim, follow
the instructions in the owner's
manual. The remedy for claims on
the warranty shall be at the discretion
of the manufacturer.
The Seller Warrants that the products which are subject to this order are free
from defects in material and workmanship for a specified time period as mentioned
above, when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, using proper
care. In the event any such product should be determined by Seller to be defective,
the Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy resulting from such defect or defects
shall be limited to the repair or the replacement of such goods at the sole
option of the Seller. No other warranty as to the merchantability of fitness
of products for a particular purpose subject to this order is made. There are
no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend beyond the description
on the face hereof. Any products which are determined by the Seller to be defective
may be returned to the Seller at the address where purchased for repair or
replacement provided prior written notice of the intention to return such products
has been given to the Seller and the items are returned in compliance with
such reasonable terms and conditions as set by the Seller. THE SELLER SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, EITHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL.
